MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
This page shows how to unsubscribe and resubscribe for logged in users.
To avoid issues and errors, please manage the site subscription through your Member Area and not via PayPal or your via your card payments.
When you Unsubscribe you’ll continue to receive the full-month from the date of your last purchase.
Re-subscription is only $10. Scroll down for instructions on how to resubscribe.
HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE
1. Go To Your Account Dashboard
2. Click Subscriptions

3. Click Cancel

Your Subscription will end one month from your last payment.
If you’ve multiple subscriptions, click View each subscription until you find the Cancel Button.
HOW TO RESUBSCRIBE
1. Go To Your Account Dashboard
2. Click Subscriptions

3. Click Resubscribe

After payment your subscription will re-activate and you’ll receive immediate access to the site.
NO RESUBSCRIBE BUTTON?
If you can’t see a Resubscribe Button in your Subscriptions area, it will be because of one of two situations.
1. You are an old customer (pre-Dec 2020), and you’ve multiple subscriptions
2. You have had a failed payment, like an expired card payment.
No problems! See below for how to resubscribe with each issue.
RESUBSCRIBE WITH MULTIPLE SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you’ve multiple subscriptions, click on each subscription until you see the Resubscribe Button.
Multiple subscriptions were possible if you signed up before Dec 2020.
1. Go To Your Account Dashboard
2. Click Subscriptions > then View on the last subscription

4. View each subscription until you find the Resubscribe Button
3. Click the Resubscribe Button

After payment your subscription will re-activate and you’ll receive immediate access to the site.
RESUBSCRIBE WITH ON HOLD (FAILED PAYMENT)
If you’ve had a failed payment due to an expired card or low funds, you’ll need to click Pay on the Failed Order to continue your subscription; this will give you access to the site from today’s date.
When a previous payment has failed your subscription will be marked as Paused or On Hold.
1. Go To Your Account Dashboard
2. Click Orders

3. Find and click the Pay Button next to the failed order.

After payment you’ll receive a full months access to the site from today’s date.
Please note in rare cases you still may not be able to view pages after clicking the Pay Button; if so, please email us at info@create3dcharacters.com, and we can manually update your subscription from our backend.
