Thanks guys for moving to the new booking system, there’s been a few questions so here’s the answers.
Q. Do I have to pay upfront?
Yes. This is the only downside of the new system and I realise students run on tight budgets. At this point the classes aren’t busy and you should get a spot easily if you pay close to the date of the class. Payments just need to be paid within 24hrs of the class time.
There’s a risk you’ll loose a good time slot and I apologise, the only other option was direct debit which requires by law for students to sign forms and enter bank details, fees would still apply so we chose to go with this option.
Q. Can I reschedule classes?
Yes this is easy, simply find the first email confirmation/receipt and click the links in blue. It’s easy and there’s no charge to change times/dates, it’s free to change within 24hrs.
Q. Can I Cancel Classes
Yes though it will incur a $20 fee. Try rescheduling which is free. Late cancelations on the day will receive refunds too, it can be for any reason though there will be a $20 fee, just email Andrew.
Q. New Prices?
Yes fees have gone up to include the PayPal booking fee.
Q. I don’t feel good paying up front
Paypal is secure and can handle any payment problems. PayPal holds money for 30days so if any problems arise you can get your money back easily even if paying via debit card.
Q. I didn’t get my confirmation class email?
Try the spam folder, emails should arrive promptly. You should also receive PayPal confirmation. If not email Andrew. You must have paid to receive the email.
Q. Tax Receipts?
You can use the Automatic confirmation email as a tax receipt, all details are included in the first email.
Q. I don’t have a credit card?
You can use a debit card too and it must be either Visa or Mastercard based, any card that you can use to pay for items on the internet you should be able to use here too. I believe you must be 18yrs old to obtain debit visa/mastercards. If you’re younger than 18 see if you can let your parents pay with their cards. Still issues? Just email Andrew.
